Welcome to BreastScreen Queensland
Our services are available at over 260 locations which mean we deliver around 650 free breastscreens every day.
A breastscreen is still the most effective way to detect breast cancer early and an appointment with our friendly female health professionals will take less than half an hour.
We strongly encourage all women aged 50 to 74 years to have a free breastscreen every two years as a priority.
If you have found a new breast lump, a nipple discharge which is clear, watery or bloodstained or any breast change that concerns you, please consult your doctor. Your doctor will advise whether screening is appropriate for you at this stage.
A breastscreen could save your life. We look forward to seeing you soon.
